Gift cards should be registered in the case of theft or misplacement. Should you experience any difficulty, please visit your nearest participating Aoki Group location for assistance or send an email to giftcard@aokigroup.com.
Lost Gift Card?
Lost or misplaced your registered gift card? Not to worry. Contact our Gift Card Department at the Aoki Group at giftcard@aokigroup.com, and once we locate your account, we will reissue a new one via mail. Processing times are up to 10 business days.
