Blending Northern & Southern Traditions
Qing Mu Noodle is a charming eatery that features quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods. Mekong Noodles, a dish from Southern Vietnam, is the house special. The broth is boiled for eight hours in pork bones, resulting in a rich, savory flavor. Popular items on the menu include Pho (meatball, rare steak, and a combo with tripe), Spring Rolls, and Vermicelli. But it’s our house special Banh Mi (pork belly and pate) that makes loyal customers out of visitors. Beverage options include wine, beer, homemade lemongrass iced tea which uses fresh lemongrass from our garden out front, and tapioca dessert. Dine-in or grab and go.

Stylish Banh Mi Bar with Indoor and Outdoor Seating
The cozy interior features red L-shaped bench seating and tables, a large wooden communal table with vintage leather chairs, and glass sphere lighting fixtures overhead. In Chinese characters, ceramic artwork on the walls translates to “happiness, wealth, and longevity.” Various tables sit under custom pergolas to keep guests shaded by the sun for those who prefer eating outdoors.
Respect to Tradition
Quality You Can Taste
In Vietnam, some of the best dishes are found in alleys and lovingly referred to as “street food.” These flavorful items are always cooked fresh upon order. Our Chefs are masters of the Vietnamese cooking style. Only quality ingredients and attention to detail of traditional cooking methods are followed at Qing Mu Noodle.
Happiness, Wealth, and Longevity
Meet Me at Qing Mu
Qing Mu, which translates to Kevin Aoki’s family surname in Chinese, is a great place to grab lunch, meet with friends, and even enjoy an afternoon cocktail. As a restauranteur, Kevin believes that good things always happen when two things are involved: flavorful food and being in the company of friends. The quaint café offers guests the option to sit in the comfort of air conditioning indoors or outdoors under the shaded pergola. Of course, all menu items are available for take-out and packed for freshness with unique containers that separate the broth from noodles.
