FAQs
How does the Aoki Group Rewards program work?
One (1) point is earned for each dollar spent (excluding any taxes, tip, and fees) at any of our participating locations. Additionally, you will receive 5% credit of your total spend (excluding any taxes, tip, and fees) applied to your Aoki Group Rewards account (“Account”). Points and credits accrued from your visit will be automatically applied to your account within 24 hours of your visit. Points and credits are only earned for purchases made for dining and gift card redemptions.
Punch Cards are set by our Marketing team on a monthly to quarterly basis and are designed to be changed every couple of months and are not permanent. Our Point-of-Sale (POS) is integrated with our loyalty program which tracks your purchased items and awards your punch card after meeting the goal.
Aoki Group Rewards points and credits are not valid to be used with any other offers, discounts, or promotional cards. Aoki Group reserves the right to blacklist individuals who are misappropriately using the program. Employees and close associates are not eligible to join the program. Aoki Group reserves the right to modify the program and the Terms and Conditions set including but not limited to how points and credits may accrue, Welcome Gifts, Punch Cards, and Loyalty Tier Benefits, at any time, with or without notice.
How do I participate in the Aoki Group Rewards program?
To participate in the program, you must download the Aoki Group Rewards mobile app. After completing registration either in-house at any of our venues, on our website, or directly on the application, please log into the app. You will be able to edit and view all your personal account information and your accrued points and credits balance, currently active punch cards, your unlocked member benefits, and any messages sent by our team regarding your member status.
Will I be able to earn points and credits on takeout?
Yes, you will be able to earn points and credits for takeout orders placed either directly on our mobile app or website. Any orders placed on third party services such as UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and BiteSquad are not eligible at this time.
Can I request for missing points and/or credits?
Reconcillation of points are only awarded after a careful investigation on what occured. Please complete the Support form below and a team member will respond to you promptly.
What is happening to the previous A-Club loyalty program?
Effective immediatley, A-Club memberships will be terminated and will not be issued new memberships or points at all Aoki Group venues. Exisiting A-Club members and their remaining balance has been converted to a gift card. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your A-Club membership as a gift card with no limitations.
Will I be able to transfer my A-Club balance to Aoki Group Rewards?
Unfortunately, no we will not be able to transfer your remaining A-Club balance to Aoki Group Rewards. However, do not worry, your A-Club card has been converted as a gift card and your remaining A-Club balance can be redeemed in form of a gift card.
What is the difference between A-Club and Aoki Group Rewards?
A-Club is a point based program that was created in 1996 and accumulates points per dollar spent and awarded $5 per $80 spent. The capabilities of A-Club are limited and is tied into an issued membership card. If your A-Club card gets damaged, lost, and/or misplaced, Aoki Group is unable to locate your membership without the 19 digit card number and will be unable to repatriate lost memberships and its balances.
Aoki Group Rewards is our new loyalty program which integrates multiple customers appreciate rewards such as cash back in the form of credits, eligibility for member exclusive gifts/events (joining gifts, birthday, anniversary), and our exciting Loyalty Tier program. Aoki Group Rewards is completely digital, and your membership will be tied to your phone number. Our new application, Aoki Group Rewards, will be available on Apple Store and Google Play to view your Aoki Group Reward membership.

Aoki Group does not hold any sensitive information. We will only use your information for communication purposes of marketing campaigns and information regarding program updates and your account activity. After your request to delete your account is received, Aoki Group will discard all information.
